Aside from the new entry-level unifi 30Mbps plan, TM has also unveiled what existing unifi customers will receive soon. According to the company, their existing plans will receive speed upgrade starting from 15 August 2018.
Referred to as the unifi Turbo plans, exact details regarding the speed upgrade were not revealed at today’s media briefing. That being said, TM claimed that the Turbo plans will offer more than double the connection speed of current unifi plans.
At the same time, it seems that the price of the plans will remain the same based on the presentation slide above. Customers will begin to receive the speed upgrade on gradual manner starting from 15 August 2018.
The similar upgrade will be given to new customers that subscribe to unifi before 31 December 2018 although they will only receive their upgrade in 2019. Just like the new entry-level unifi 30Mbps plan, TM will reveal more information regarding the new unifi Turbo plans at a separate media session on 12 July.
