Xiaomi has finally given us a date for the official announcement of the Mi 8. The Xiaomi global Facebook page is now teasing the phone for an event scheduled to take place on 31 May; which is technically the end of May timeline that CEO Lei Jun originally promised.
There are few details about the Mi 8, or even if it will be the only device announced at that time. Rumours also expect a Mi 7 to show up, but that is still entirely uncertain. Especially since only one device has been leaked thus far.
If anything we will find out more come 31 May.
