Celcom Announces Super VideoWalla Add-On: Offers Up To 100GB of Data For Video Streaming

Celcom today has unveiled a new add-on called Super VideoWalla for its FIRST postpaid customers. Essentially, it is now the largest offering under the telco’s Walla add-ons and allows users to utilize up to 100GB exclusively on video streaming without affecting their main data pool.

Prior to this, VideoWalla passes were available as RM 1 daily, RM 7 weekly, and RM 20 monthly passes which provide 1GB, 10GB, and 15GB of data respectively. Super VideoWalla on another hand can be obtain it with either 30GB or 100GB data for RM 30 and RM 50 respectively.

Each Super VideoWalla passes are valid for one month. All VideoWalla passes can be utilized on selected video streaming services including YouTube, Netflix, iflix, tonton, Astro Go, dimsum, HeroTalkies, MOX, Metro TV, Dailymotion, and many more.

For starters, Celcom is now offering free Super VideoWalla passes for 12-months to new FIRST Gold and FIRST Gold Plus subscribers. Existing customers for both plans as well as FIRST Gold Supreme, and FIRST Platinum are able to receive these passes for free as well by opting in through MyCelcom Postpaid App from 26 October onwards.

Under this offer, FIRST Gold customers will receive the 30GB pass while FIRST Gold Plus and above will be given the 100GB pass. According to Celcom, this offer is available for limited time although it didn’t specify the promo’s actual duration.
