To all users out there that might be facing some problem utilizing Digi’s services since few hours ago, this might be the cause. At around 5:30pm, Digi has notified users through Facebook as well as Twitter that a sudden power outage has cause interruption to its services.
However, the brief announcement didn’t mention where exactly the power outage took place as well as specific services that are affected by it. Nevertheless, the power outage is apparently quite major as Digi stated that the issue is affecting its users throughout Malaysia.
Additionally, the telco is also not able to provide any exact time for the issue to be fixed. At this moment, Digi is still working with TNB to rectify the power outage.
