Moments ago, Samsung has sent a media invite to the launch event of its upcoming Galaxy A Series (2017) smartphones for our market. Scheduled to take place on 5 January 2017, we believe that it might be the first launch event in the world for the new smartphones.
If that’s really the case, it explains why yesterday’s teaser was rather specific to Malaysia. Nevertheless, the timing is rather apt as the current edition of A Series smartphones have already been in the market for almost a year.
Meanwhile, the media invite repeats the same theme that was used in yesterday’s teaser. At the same time, the wording in it seem to suggest that the Galaxy A Series (2017) are aimed for users with active lifestyle.
