Astro On The Go (AOTG) will be offering four channels for free from today until 30 September. These channels show Astro owned content, and cover the general gamut of English, Malay, Chinese, and Tamil shows. The satellite television provider already offers three channels for free on its AOTG, and the addition of these four will bring even more free content for viewers.
The four new free channels in question are Astro Oasis, Astro AEC, Astro Xiao Tai Yang and Astro Vaanavil.
Local Islamic programmes such as Salam Muslim, Mail dan Sudin Sambut Ramadan and Tanya & Ngaji will be shown on Astro Oasis this Ramadhan and Raya. For a more local Chinese flavour, Astro AEC will showcase Evening Edition and iWalker while Astro Xiao Tai Yang brings edutainment programmes such as Happy Dragon, Hello CocoMong and YoYo Sing & Dance. Fans of Tamil programs will also be able to watch popular programmes; 360 degrees, International Superstar and Vizhuthugal on Astro Vaanavil.
Astro on the Go is accessible from the official website and through the Android and iOS apps. Users without an Astro ID can sign up for an Astro ID for free, which will allow them to access the free content.
