If you’ve been waiting to get the Xiaomi Redmi 2 with a postpaid bundle, here it is. YES is now offering the latest Xiaomi Redmi smartphone in Malaysia for free when you sign up for a contract with them, and as with most bundles from Yes 4G, it comes with a free Huddle, as well as free call minutes and SMS.
Yes 4G is offering the Redmi 2 with its Super 48, Super 78 and Super 98 plans tied to a 24 months contract. All three plans comes with a free Huddle XS worth RM480, and if you sign up, the company will even waive your activation fee and plan advance payment.
Do note that you’ll still need to pay for an upfront payment of RM289 (for Super 48), RM399 (for Super 78) and RM549 (for Super 98). The upfront payment will be rebated over 24 months. As for the free calls and SMS, you must download the free Yes Life app on your mobile phone. Free calls and SMS are only applicable for Yes-to-Yes networks only otherwise they will be chargeable at 9sen/min and 9sen/SMS.
