Mac Bundle

Stacksocial is hosting a bundle sale that allows customers to name their price for 10 Mac apps. Like most software bundle sales of this type, it is being done as a charity drive. Customers are able to choose between Child’s Play, the World Wildlife Fund, and Creative Commons. While only 10% of the sale is being donated, the mark down on the software still makes it very worth looking into. There is a catch though. You will have to beat the average price to obtain all 10 apps. Choose to pay less, and you will only receive 3 apps: MacX Mobile Video Converter, PDF Converter Pro, and the “Projects In iOS” E-Learning Course.

At the time of writing this, the average price was US$7.50; while the total value of the bundle is currently listed at US$807. The full list of apps are:

  • RapidWeaver 5 ($79)
  • TuneUp ($50)
  • CrossOver 13 ($60)
  • Disk Drill Pro 2.0 ($99)
  • Voila ($30)
  • Snapheal Pro ($40)
  • mSecure for Mac ($20)
  • MacX Mobile Video Converter ($50)
  • PDF Converter Pro For Mac ($80)
  • Projects In iOS E-learning Course ($147)

Users who donate enough money to make it to the leaderboard are also put into the running to win an 11-inch Macbook Air when the bundle ends in two weeks. The highest listed donation is currently only US$90, which isn’t too expensive to beat.
