For over 15 years, 1964 Ears has been putting out high quality audio gear and now you can make your very own custom pair right here in Malaysia. Custom In-Ear Monitors are personalised earphones, custom shaped to perfectly fit the inner ear of the user. They also have superior high definition components built into the earpieces that which produce immaculate soundstage and precise audio.
All you need to do is visit Amplified store, audition the demo units made available and select the best performing pair that suits their need or listening quotient. An ear impression of the user’s ear canal is then taken by a recommended audiologist.Getting the ear impression done by a professional eradicates costly misfits and irregularities to the final product. Once the ear impression is ready, simply bring it to Amplified’s store; select a design from the various choices available (or your own artwork). It will then be sent for assembly in America.
The electronic and technical side is pre-setup by 1964 Ears in their production plant based on the model specified. The production period is approximately three months as this is a delicate and customised manufacturing process where quality is of highest priority. Upon completion, your personalised 1964 Ears Custom In-Ear Monitors will be ready for pick-up at the Amplified Store in The School, Jaya One, Petaling Jaya.
Quality doesn’t come cheap with the custom IEMs costing from RM2,000 – RM4,000 which is on the slightly more affordable side in terms of custom IEMs.
