It looks like Maxis has finally decided to offer a more affordable postpaid data plan – SurfMore30 that gives you 1GB of data for RM30/month. Before this, the only options were either a SurfMore50 or SurfMore75 plan with 2GB or 5GB of data respectively. Unlike the other 2, SurfMore30’s call and SMS rates will be charged at RM0.15/min and RM0.10/SMS to all networks.
At the same time, Maxis also added a new device bundle to its data plans, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, but unfortunately, it is only available for the older two plans under a 24-months contract.
