Yesterday, Logitech have officially take the drape off their Powershell Controller + Battery for iPhone which was leaked out back earlier this year. Available in United States right away, the product is essentially a case with built-in gamepad-style controller buttons that takes advantage of the game controller support in iOS 7. The case is also able to charge users device while in use as it also includes an internal 1500mAh batter.
While it is a norm to see a new products to be released in United States first, I’m a little bit surprised that Logitech Malaysia website have listed the new product as “Coming Soon”. Not only that, the website has also published the price for the case at RM 399 – slight higher than its U.S price tag of USD 99.99 (RM 321).
It is not known on how soon will Logitech Malaysia release the new Powershell Controller + Battery for iPhone in our market since they have yet to publicly announce it to consumers here. However, the official press release did mentioned that the product is expected to be available outside of US next month. So, the chances to see the case in Malaysia are actually quite high.
