The lucky developers in attendance at BlackBerry World will be taking back the first BlackBerry 10 device in the wild, the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha. Little is known about the technical specifications of the device, except for it is a 4.2Inch device which displays 1280 x 768 resolution. The Dev Alpha is very reminiscent of the PlayBook and is a very suiting design for a phone. The phone also has a mini HDMI out and supports Micro SIM. The model that was floating around was the 16GB unit.
If this is an indication of what the BlackBerry 10 devices are going to be like, the future just got that much more exciting! Of course this may just be a shell for the first BlackBerry 10 device and the final phone may not look anything like this but it’s a start!
