No worries, it looks like you have more choices now as Celcom adds in more devices for you to choose from including the iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S III mini, Galaxy Y, Galaxy Note II, BlackBerry Curve 9320 and more.
Available with a postpaid or a prepaid plan from Celcom, check out the offers below:
Postpaid
For postpaid subscribers, you first have to pre-register at nbi.skmm.gov.my. After that, you have to visit a participating Blue Cube outlet and present your NRIC, reference number and a student card if you have one. Sign up to any Celcom First plans for the selected smartphones and you can enjoy your RM200 rebate.

Prepaid
As for prepaid users, the steps to redeem are the same as postpaid but instead of signing up for a Celcom First plan, all you need to do is have a Celcom prepaid line and reload at least RM30 to be eligible for the RM200 rebate. The smartphones offered are as sown below:
