vivo has officially launched its vivo X300 flagship series in Malaysia, which consists of a standard model and a Pro variant. Today’s event fully unveils the specifications for both models, along with their respective local pricing.
On the things they have in common, both the X300 and X300 Pro run Android 16 via vivo’s new OriginOS 6 overlay. They also sport a stereo speaker setup as well as IP68/69 rating for dust and water resistance. As for performance, the duo utilises MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9500 SoC.
The base vivo X300 comes with a 6.31-inch display with 2,640 x 1,216 px display, 120 Hz refresh rate, 2,000 nits peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. It packs a 6,040 mAh battery which supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

For imaging, the vivo X300 has a 200MP main + 50MP telephoto + 50MP wide-angle combo at the back. In front, it has another 50MP shooter, which happens to be identical to the wide-angle camera at the back.
Next, we have the vivo X300 Pro. This model packs a larger 6.78-inch display with 2,800 x 1,260 px resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 2,000 nits, and HDR10+ support. The phone’s battery is slightly larger at 6,510 mAh, but it otherwise has the same charging rates as the standard model.

The Pro model uses the same wide angle shooters in front and the back. But here, the 200MP unit is instead the telephoto shooter, while the 50MP is utilised as the main camera.
Worth noting also is that the vivo X300 Pro comes with an additional action button on the left side. It also gets Bluetooth 6, where the base model is equipped with Bluetooth 5.4 instead.

In Malaysia, the vivo X300 is priced at RM3,899 for the 16GB + 512GB configuration, while a RM3,599 16GB +256GB option is also available, but as an online exclusive. The Pro variant comes in a single 16GB + 512GB configuration, priced at RM4,699.
