Samsung has officially launched the Movingstyle LSM7F, a portable 27-inch touchscreen display with a three-hour battery life. There’s a big emphasis on the portability aspect of the device, as users can easily move it around on a rollable stand or carry it like a giant briefcase.
Specs-wise, the display sports a 27-inch LED panel with QHD (2,560 x 1,440) resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It also supports HDR10 Plus and Dolby Atmos audio. The Movingstyle includes Samsung TV Plus for traditional TV viewing and Samsung Gaming Hub, which lets you stream games from Xbox, Nvidia GeForce Now, and Amazon Luna without a console.

On the connectivity side of things, the display supports both Bluetooth and WiFi, allowing users to stream content while also creating a wireless sound system, respectively. Speaking of streaming, you can also project your device screen on the display via phone mirroring, USB-C, or HDMI. Users can navigate the display interface with touch controls, the included remote control, or via voice commands.
As mentioned earlier, a distinct feature of this display is its portability. The wheeled floorstand features a height-adjustable arm that allows the Movingstyle to swivel between landscape and portrait orientations. The stand also charges the display when plugged into an outlet. The user can detach the display from the stand using sliding buttons and easily carry it with the built-in handle. It’s also worth noting that the handle doubles as a kickstand.
Samsung offers the Movingstyle LSM7F display at US$1,199 (~RM4,951). At the time of writing, it is still unknown when the display will be available in Malaysia, if at all. It is also worth mentioning that Samsung also released a beefier version of the Movingstyle called the M7, which has a 32-inch 4K UHD display. However, the display only costs US$699 (~RM2,886) since it cannot be detached from its stand.
