realme has launched the newest addition to its C series in Vietnam. The realme C85 lineup comprises two models: the C85 5G and the C85 Pro. Aside from slight variations in dimensions and weight, the two variants also differ in terms of display and processor.
Starting with the C85, it sports a 6.8-inch LCD screen with a 720p resolution, as well as a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,200 nits. For protection, the phone gets what the brand is calling an IP69 Pro rating. According to the brand, this simply means that the phone has IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings.
Under the hood, the C85 packs a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Keeping the lights on is a 7,000mAh battery with support for 45W charging. On the software side, it runs Android 15 via the brand’s realme UI 6.0 skin.
For imaging, the phone is equipped with a 50MP main camera on the rear. Meanwhile, the selfie shooter is an 8MP unit housed in a punch hole cutout. Other features include support for 5G, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC.

Meanwhile, the C85 Pro features a 6.8-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 4,000 nits. Aside from that, it gets the same IP ratings as the regular C85.
For internals, realme has equipped the phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset. Of course, this means that the device is limited to 4G LTE connectivity. On the flip side, the C85 Pro packs the same 7,000mAh battery as its sibling. It also comes with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

In addition to running the same operating system, the C85 Pro shares the same imaging setup as the C85. As for connectivity, the Pro model supports WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC.
Both phones are available in two colours, namely Parrot Purple and Peacock Green. While the brand has yet to list the price of the phones on its official website, GizmoChina reports that the realme C85 5G retails for VND7,690,000 (~RM1,227). As for the realme C85 Pro, it has a starting price of VND6,490,000 (~RM1,035). At the moment, there is no word on local availability.
