It would probably be difficult to blame the average person who has not heard of the name Redly Express. A subsidiary of Pos Malaysia, it was an international courier option for those who frequently need such services. The parent company has since unified all processes for sending and receiving cargo and correspondence to and from Malaysia under the relaunched Redly Pos Malaysia International, or simply Redly.

According to Redly’s official homepage, the brand promises that it can deliver “from anywhere to everywhere”. Furthermore, the brand also claims that it can make “global shipping simple and reliable” while also being a fast and budget-friendly solution.

As for pricing and deals, there are three main offerings. First is the Redly Express, which is said to have the fastest transit time with day-definite delivery. Marketed as the ideal method for urgent shipments, it also provides complete “end-to-end visibility” alongside real-time tracking. Packages up to 30 kg can be shipped using this method, and delivery is estimated to take 1–4 days.

Moving on, we have the Redly Priority. This option provides a “mid-speed delivery without express cost” with milestone tracking updates. It also boasts that the last leg of your parcels’ journey will be taken care of by Redly’s “premium parcel partners”. Customers can ship products up to 30kg and are said to arrive in 4 – 10 days.

Lastly, is the Redly Connect. This is said to be the best cost for lightweight and non-urgent shipments. It can cover worldwide destinations and is ideal for businesses that frequently ship out small orders. Much like before, customers can ship up to 30kg but it is said to arrive in 7 – 21 days.

Pos Malaysia says that the service is now available to the public and can ship to over 200 countries. You can access this service through all Pos Malaysia touchpoints, which include post offices, Pos Mini, Pos agents and the Redly website. It is also worth mentioning that the brand will introduce its SendParcelPro service, which is said to be a premium digital delivery system that promises safer and quicker package delivery.
