iQOO has confirmed that its next flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15, will officially launch on 20 October 2025 in Shenzhen, China. The showcase will also feature the debut of several companion devices, including the iQOO Pad 5e, iQOO Watch GT 2, and iQOO TWS 5 earphones.
As we’ve covered previously, the iQOO 15 is confirmed to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The company adds that complementing the processor is the company’s custom Q3 gaming chip, which enables 2K-resolution gaming at up to 144FPS for smoother and more responsive visuals.
Up front, the smartphone will feature a 6.85-inch Samsung 2K OLED display that uses M14 material for enhanced brightness and supports Dolby Vision technology. In the camera department, the iQOO 15 will sport a 50MP triple-lens setup comprising a 1/1.5-inch main sensor, an ultra-wide camera, and a periscope telephoto lens capable of up to 100X zoom. Powering the device is a 7,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging support.

The upcoming flagship smartphone will ship with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, instead of the brand’s previous platform, Funtouch OS. Meanwhile, durability and convenience features include IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, an ultrasonic 3D fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, and support for wireless charging.
The iQOO 15 will be offered in four colour options, including a variant with a colour-changing back panel. While the phone will launch first in China, an international release is expected by December or early 2026.
