In conjunction with its 25th anniversary, Honda Malaysia has announced a special promotion for six of its existing car models. One of them is the Honda e:N1 EV, which now comes with a rebate of RM34,000 just five months after its launch in the local market.
With the rebate, the battery electric vehicle is priced at RM115,900 (originally RM149,000), with this offer is only available for the month of October 2025. At this price point, the Honda e:N1 competes with several EV SUVs, including the Proton eMAS 7 Premium (RM119,800), BYD Atto 3 Ultra (RM123,800) and MG4 Lux Extended (RM128,888).
To recap, the BEV SUV is based on Honda’s e:N Architecture F platform and, in terms of design, shares many similarities with the HR-V. Nevertheless, it features distinct elements including L-shaped front bumper trims, a flat white Honda badge, and a closed-off grille.
The interior is equipped with a 10.25-inch TFT driver’s display and a 15.1-inch portrait-oriented infotainment system. The latter integrates a three-section touchscreen panel, with the top panel providing access to essential infotainment features such as wireless Apple CarPlay, wired Android Auto connectivity, and a navigation system.
The e:N1 is powered by a single motor producing 150 kW and 310 Nm of torque, paired with a 68.8 kWh lithium-ion battery that delivers a 500 km NEDC range. It supports up to 78 kW DC charging, which enables a 30–80% charge in 50 minutes. For AC charging, it supports up to 10 kW, with a 10–80% charge taking approximately six hours.
Other models included in the reward programme are the Honda City, Honda HR-V, Honda City Hatchback, Honda CR-V, and Honda Civic. All variants of these models are eligible, including those with hybrid powertrains.
Furthermore, these come with a monthly instalment plan (applicable for Public Bank). Additionally, under certain terms and conditions, customers may also be eligible for extra rebates on one of these five models. To know more about the programme, click here.
