Garmin has unveiled the Venu 4, the brand’s latest addition to its Venu lineup. The wearable builds on many of the health and fitness tracking features found on its predecessor while retaining a familiar design.
The smartwatch is available in 41mm and 45mm sizes. The smaller model features a 1.2-inch AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. The bigger variant gets the same screen, except it measures 1.4 inches instead. Both versions feature a stainless steel case and a silicone strap.
In addition to this, the Venu 4 comes with a built-in LED flashlight for better utility in dark environments. Aside from that, it gets a speaker and microphone, allowing users to take calls when the watch is connected to a smartphone. Other than that, the Venu 4 is equipped with accessibility features like spoken watch faces and colour filters.
Among the new health tracking features is health status, which monitors metrics like heart rate, HRV, respiration, skin temperature, and blood oxygen while the wearer sleeps. The feature can identify deviations in the user’s typical range.

Moreover, the user can track their caffeine or alcohol intake via the lifestyle logging feature. For fitness, the Garmin Fitness Coach offers personalised workouts. It covers more than 25 different activities, including but not limited to walking, indoor cycling, and rowing.

The Garmin Venu 4 will be available starting from 6 October 2025. Both versions of the watch are priced at RM2,319. The 41mm model comes in Black, Periwinkle, and Lunar Gold. Meanwhile, you have your choice of Black, Citron, and Silver Gray for the 45mm version.
