Alongside the Galaxy S25 FE, Samsung also unveiled its latest flagship tablets, the Galaxy Tab S11 Series, during its online Galaxy Event today. The line-up comprises a standard and an Ultra variant, with each offered in different memory configurations and connectivity options.
For starters, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is the largest of the two, measuring at 208.5 x 326.3 x 5.1mm and weighing at 629g for Wi-Fi, or 695g for the 5G version. It comes with a large 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with 2960 x 1848 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1,600nit peak brightness, anti-reflection coating, and a new waterdrop notch for its 12MP ultra-wide front-facing camera. The tablet also features an Armor Aluminium build and is rated at IP68 for water and dust resistance.
Under its hood is a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, along with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD. Powering the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is a massive battery capacity of 11,600mAh, while fast charging via USB-C is rated at 45W.
Other notable features include either Wi-Fi 7 only connectivity or with 5G support, Android 16 via Samsung’s One UI 8 interface, various Galaxy AI and Google Gemini features, Samsung Dex support, S-Pen (included in package) compatibility, on-display fingerprint sensor, and a quad-speaker setup. For imaging, found on the back of the device is a dual camera array consisting of a 13MP primary and an 8MP ultra-wide.
Meanwhile, the base Galaxy Tab S11 comes with more or less the same offerings as the Ultra, with the exception of its size (obviously), memory options and battery capacity. To be more specific, this model measures at 165.3 x 253.8 x 5.5mm and weighs 469g for Wi-Fi or 471g for 5G, while its display is a smaller 11-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with 2560 x 1600 px resolution. The only memory option available is 12GB + 256GB (again, with up to 2TB via microSD), followed by a smaller 8,400mAh battery with 45W USB-C charging support, and only a lone 13MP camera on its back. Oh, rather than a notch, the front-facing camera is integrated on the bezel of the vanilla Galaxy Tab S11’s display.
It should also be noted that both Galaxy Tab S11 models are touted to be Samsung’s thinnest tablets yet, and are available in Gray or Silver colourways. Optional first-party accessories such as Book Cover Keyboard Slim, Book Cover, Frame Cover, and anti-reflective screen protectors are available for either variant.
The new Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 series will be available in Malaysia starting 19 September 2025, with pre-orders now available via the brand’s official website. For pricing, the base model retails at RM3,899 for Wi-Fi and RM4,399 for 5G, while the Ultra starts from RM5,999 for Wi-Fi and from RM6,499 for 5G.
