Huawei is gearing up to release the Mate XTs in its home market next week. Ahead of the launch, the company has published new teasers for its second tri-fold smartphone, showcasing the device’s new colourways.
A post on the brand’s official Weibo account features an image of the three-paneled foldable in white. This model was previously seen in a video announcing the launch date, but now Huawei has offered us a closer look. New colour aside, the Mate XTs resembles the original Mate XT. It retains the ridged frame, octagonal camera bump, and the S-shaped folding style.

In addition to this, the company has also published two videos of the foldable. One of the clips features the white variant of the phone, which seems to be shaping up as the favoured colour. Meanwhile, the other teaser shows off the phone in a purple hue. Both teasers highlight stylus support for the devices.

Huawei has opened pre-order registrations for the Mate XTs in China, and the tri-fold will be making its official debut there on 4 September. It is said to pack a Kirin 9020-series processor with satellite support. Additionally, the camera system is rumoured to get an upgrade. This includes a new 50MP main camera with variable aperture and an updated periscope telephoto lens.
