Tune Talk has announced its Merdeka Epik+ Promotion in conjunction with Malaysia’s upcoming 68th independence day celebration. With this, subscribers are given a total of 680GB of data exclusively through the telco’s Epik 50+ plan, along with Tune Talk Points for eligible users.
According to Tune Talk, the 680GB allocation is tied to Malaysia’s 68th year of independence, and is made up of the Epik 50+ plan’s original 350GB quota and a 330GB bonus. Subscribers can use the data for high-demand activities such as video streaming, online gaming, and 5G applications.
The Merdeka Epik+ Promotion is open to both new and existing subscribers from 26 August to 30 September 2025. To redeem the bonus, users must subscribe or renew the Epik 50+ plan, save a credit or debit card in the Tune Talk app, and tap the campaign banner on the homepage. First-time card savers with auto-renewal enabled will also receive 500 Tune Talk Points, credited after 30 days.
For the uninitiated, Tune Talk’s Epik 50+ plan includes ultra-fast 5G with uncapped speeds up to 900 Mbps, unlimited calls and hotspot usage, and access to Tune Talk Rewards. It also comes with RM50,000 personal accident coverage for free.
