Last week, HONOR announced that it will be launching two new products, which are this year’s refresh of the MagicBook Art 14, and the MagicPad 3. And as promised, the devices have officially made their local debut today.
To start off, Magicbook Art 14 is a lightweight laptop known for its magnetically attached camera, which can be flipped around. Of course, this feature makes a return with this year’s edition, along with an upgraded processor.
The laptop measures 1cm thick and weighs around 1kg. It features a 14.6-inch anti-reflection OLED touch screen with a 3,120 x 2,080 resolution and 3:2 aspect ratio. Additionally, the display has a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,600 nits. For ports, the MagicBook Art 14 2025 features a HDMI 2.1 port, 3.5mm audio jack, USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, USB-C 3.2 Gen2, and Thunderbolt 4.
Under the hood, the device is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor 225H, paired with 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of SSD. According to the brand, the laptop’s 60Wh battery offers up to ten hours of usage. In addition to the Emerald Green featured on the preceding model, the HONOR MagicBook Art 14 2025 comes in a new Mocha Brown variant, which is inspired by the Pantone Color of the Year 2025, Mocha Mousse.
Moving on to the MagicPad 3, one of the highlights of the brand’s flagship tablet is its thin and light build. The tablet measures only 5.79mm thick and weighs a modest 595g. Other than that, the device features a 13.3-inch LCD display with a 3,200 x 2,136 resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. The screen is paired with an eight-speaker system, allowing the tablet to support IMAX Enhanced content.
As for internals, the MagicPad 3 comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. Powering the tablet is a 12,450mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging. Battery efficiency is further improved by the proprietary E2 chipset.
On the optics side, the device packs a 13MP main camera and a 2MP macro sensor on the rear. Meanwhile, the front is equipped with a 9MP selfie snapper. For colours, you have your choice of White and Grey.
Both the tablet and the laptop will be available for purchase starting from 22 August 2025. The MagicPad 3 is priced at RM2,999, and comes bundled with free gifts worth RM998. These include the HONOR Magic Pencil 3 and HONOR Smart Touchpad Keyboard.
As for the MagicBook Art 14, it retails for RM5,999. Each purchase includes an exclusive gift bundle worth RM508, which consists of an HONOR Backpack and a 1-Year 365 Personal Microsoft subscription.
