Touch ‘n Go (TnG) Sdn Bhd has once again launched a limited-edition Hot Wheels TnG NFC card today (15 August 2025). The announcement was made via the company’s social media platforms. This latest release is available exclusively at Jaya Grocer stores nationwide (except in Sabah and Sarawak) and is priced at RM25.
According to the announcement, the card is available in very limited quantities, although the exact number has not been disclosed. Purchases are limited to two cards per customer at Jaya Grocer counters, and the card will not be available for online sale.
This is not the first time TnG has released a Hot Wheels limited-edition card. To the best of this writer’s knowledge, there have been three previous releases, making this the fourth edition in the line-up. The preceding release was launched during the Malaysia Auto Show (MAS 2025).
What sets this card apart is its striking black and gold colour combination, which lends it a premium feel. On the front, it features a vibrant red Hot Wheels Champion model with the logo in gold at the bottom. The reverse side showcases the same model in a gold finish, with all elements rendered in a detailed, textured design.
Like any other TnG card, it can be used for transactions such as toll payments and retail purchases. It also has NFC functionality, and with the monthly My50 travel pass renewable via the Touch ‘n Go eWallet, this card can be assigned for that purpose as well.
