Details around the ASUS RTX 5080 Noctua Edition have made their way onto the internet. That includes not just the renders, and also the specifications of the card.
Specs-wise, the RTX 5080 Noctua Edition will feature a boost clock of 2.73GHz, which isn’t great it’s not terrible either. Of course, the main selling point is the near-whisper-quiet performance of the cards, thanks to the fans attached to it.

For the uninitiated, this isn’t the first time ASUS and Noctua have partnered up to create these special edition cards. The collaboration actually goes all the way back to the RTX 30 Series, when the two PC brands released their first labour of love in the form of the RTX 3070, followed by an RTX 3080 and RTX 4080 with the following generation.
The difference between this card and its predecessors is its length; it sports a triple-fan configuration instead of dual fans. Specifically, it’s fitted with three NF-A12x25 G2 120mm fans, and is double the thickness of the RTX 5080 FE. In other words, it’s a 4-slot card.

ASUS also confirms that the RTX 5080 Noctua Edition uses its optimised vapour chamber design, as well as a phase-change pad for the GPU.
At the time of writing, there’s still no pricing for the RTX 5080 Noctua Edition, nor has its availability date been announced.
