realme has officially unveiled the realme 15 series in India. Comprising the realme 15 5G and the realme 15 Pro 5G, the mid-range lineup features new AI-powered tools and a big 7,000mAh battery.
Both models sport a 6.8-inch 144Hz OLED display with a 1,280 × 2,300 resolution and a peak brightness of 6,500 nits. Aside from that, the phones feature stereo speakers, an under-display fingerprint sensor, as well as an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
Under the hood, the vanilla version is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300+ chipset, while the Pro variant gets Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC. Both versions offer up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
As mentioned previously, the phones are powered by a 7,000mAh battery, which supports 80W fast charging. For software, they both run on Android 15 via the brand’s realme UI 6.0. Connectivity features include 5G, WiFi 6, and Bluetooth 5.4.

The cameras differ slightly, with the regular realme 15 featuring a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The Pro model on the other hand sports 50MP units for the main and ultra-wide cameras. Both phones pack a 50MP selfie shooter.
Of course, the new AI features are the highlight of the series. The most notable among them is the AI Edit Genie, which allows the user to edit photos using voice commands. Beyond that, there is an AI Snap Mode for capturing up to 50 high-speed shots, and an AI Party Mode that is meant to enhance images taken at night.

Colour options for the base realme 15 include Flowing Silver, Velvet Green, and Silk Pink. The Pro version gets the same Flowing Silver and Velvet Green colourways, as well as a Silk Purple option. Pricing for the regular model starts at INR25,999 (~RM1,269), while the realme 15 Pro retails for INR31,999 (~RM1,562). At the moment, there is no word on a local launch yet.
