A while ago, Amazfit released the Balance 2 smartwatch for the Chinese market as the successor to the Amazfit Balance, which was announced back in 2023. Now, the brand has officially launched the watch in Malaysia. Compared to the original Balance, the Balance 2 features some improvements in terms of build, battery life, and health tracking.
The wearable device features a 1.5-inch 480×480 AMOLED display, which is protected by a layer of durable sapphire crystal glass. Meanwhile, the watch body is made of aluminium. The entire package has a 10ATM water resistance rating, and can withstand diving for up to 45m.

Speaking of which, the watch offers more than 170 sport modes, including professional-grade SCUBA diving support. Aside from that, the wearer has access to downloadable maps for 40,000 golf courses, as well as official HYROX training and competition modes.
As for health tracking, the wearable is equipped with advanced sensors and algorithms for monitoring heart rate, sleep quality, blood-oxygen, and stress. Naturally, the watch pairs with the Zepp app, which can provide the user with more comprehensive and personalised insights.

Aside from that, the Balance 2 comes with a built-in GPS with dual-band support for precise location tracking, plus dual speakers to provide clear audio when in use. As for battery life, a single charge offers up to 21 days of typical use. With GPS mode, however, the battery will last around 65 hours.

The Amazfit Balance is priced at RM1,229 and can be pre-ordered on the brand’s Shopee page. Customers pre-ordering the watch are entitled to a free cooler fan and Amazfit string bag while stocks last. The watch will be available starting from 4 July.
