The POCO F7 series was initially launched way back in March with only the Pro and Ultra models. Then, last week the Xiaomi sub-brand confirmed the launch of the base version near the end of this month. And as promised, the POCO F7 has officially made its global debut.
To start off, the phone features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 3,200 nits. The display is framed by thin bezels to achieve a 94.23% screen-to-body ratio. Like its siblings, the phone sports a metal frame and glass back, as well as an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
Moving on to internals, the POCO F7 is packed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8S Gen 4 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and your choice of either 256GB or 512GB of storage. Powering the device is a 6,500mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging and 22.5W reverse charging. It runs on Android 15 with the Xiaomi HyperOS 2 overlay. As for connectivity, the device supports 5G, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and NFC.
On the imaging side, the device features a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide lens on the rear. Meanwhile, the front is equipped with a 20MP selfie snapper. POCO has also redesigned the camera interface for clearer navigation and improved user experience.

The POCO F7 comes in three colourways: Black, White and Cyber Silver. The phone is available for purchase on the brand’s official website and e-commerce stores on Shopee and Lazada, with the 12GB+256GB configuration priced at RM 1,799. The 12GB+512GB variant comes at a pricier RM 1,999.

As part of the launch, the company is offering an early bird promotion until 9 July 2025. During the promotion period, buyers can get the 12GB+256GB version for RM 1,599, and the 12GB+512GB for RM1,699.
