Razer has announced that it is launching the Hammerhead V3 Wired Earbuds, which are a pair of lightweight earbuds designed to be used with a variety of devices. And if the name doesn’t already make it obvious, these earbuds are wired, providing an alternative to the brand’s wireless offerings.
The Hammerhead V3 is equipped with dynamic 11mm audio drivers for delivering rich, full-range audio with enhanced bass response. According to the company, the buds also feature “bespoke acoustic cavities” for preventing audio leakage. Moreover, the earbuds have an ergonomic design with three swappable silicone eartips to ensure a comfortable fit.

In addition to supporting 3.5mm connections, the earbuds also come with a USB-C DAC adapter, which allows them to be connected to modern devices like smartphones and tablets. Furthermore, the Hammerhead V3 gets a 1.2m TPE cable which Razer claims is both tangle-free and resistant to everyday wear and tear. It also features in-line physical controls for mic, volume, and AI voice assistants.

Unfortunately, the earbuds are not available for purchase in the country yet, and a specific date for their arrival has not been given. However, Razer has provided a Q3 timeframe, which could mean anywhere between next month and September. For now, we do know that the Hammerhead V3 Wired Earbuds will retail for RM249.
