realme has previously teased that it is launching the C71 today, and that’s exactly what has happened, though without the fanfare of a launch event. Although besides the price tag on the device, the company has already shared pretty much all there is to know about the entry level phone.
But in case you missed it, we’re looking at a 6.72-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate with 725 nits of brightness, a Unisoc T7250 chipset, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. Its battery is rated at 6,300 mAh, with support for 45W charging, plus 6W reverse charging.

As for Imaging on the realme C71, despite the way its camera bump looks the company has only shared that it has a 50MP main shooter at the back and a 5MP front-facing unit. Other features on the device includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm audio jack, WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2, as well as realme UI 6 based on Android 15.
As there’s only one configuration, the realme C71 only has one price tag, which is RM499. Availability doesn’t start immediately though, as its first sales period begins tomorrow, on 13 June. Get it before 12 July and you’ll get a screen protector and a 1-year extended warranty for free.

Making a surprise appearance alongside the C71 is the realme Techlife Studio H1, a pair of overhead headphones featuring 40mm drivers and up to 70 hours of battery life. It supports dual connectivity via Bluetooth 5.4, and has a price tag of RM399. This one will be available a little later than the phone, as you’ll only see it on shelves starting 25 June.
