Belkin has entered the gaming category by introducing officially licensed products for the newly launched Nintendo Switch 2 video game console. One that particularly stands out from the line-up is the new Charging Case accessory, which does exactly what its name implies.
The Belkin Charging Case for Nintendo Switch 2 comes with an included 10,000mAh battery, ensuring extended playtime without the need for frequent recharging. It also includes a flap for storing game cartridges, slots on either side of the battery for cables and other accessories, as well as a hidden pocket for slotting an AirTag or similar trackers.

Another thoughtful detail is the groove built into the Charging Case, designed to support the Switch 2 while its kickstand is in use. This setup also maintains enough clearance to connect the console to the power bank without obstruction.
Besides the case, other newly unveiled Nintendo Switch 2 accessories from Belkin include a standard Travel Case that’s more compact but excludes the ability to charge the console, as well as two tempered glass screen protectors. The latter comprises an anti-reflective option and a blue light-filtering version.

Much like the newly launched Nintendo console, Belkin’s new range of Switch 2 accessories has yet to be confirmed for the Malaysian market. Nevertheless, for reference, the Charging Case is priced at US$70 (~RM329), the Travel Case at US$30 (~RM141), and both tempered glass screen protectors at US$25 (~RM118) each.
On a related (but sour) note, Nintendo recently announced that the Switch 2 will launch across Southeast Asia on 26 June – earlier than initially planned – but with Malaysia notably excluded. While no official reason was given, a source familiar with the matter suggests the delay may be due to the console still undergoing the SIRIM certification process. Apart from the originally announced July 2025 launch window, no confirmed release date has been provided for the Malaysian market.
