Having a good aftersales service is an important factor for any automotive brand. Knowing this, OMODA | JAECOO announced the extension of its facilities with a new parts warehouse in Shah Alam.
Situated at the Hicom Industrial Estate, the warehouse is owned and operated by Chery Corporate Malaysia. The Vice President of Chery Corporate Malaysia, Emily Lek, said that the centrally located warehouse is important in helping the brand’s growing dealership network.

The warehouse measures 88,000 square feet, making it twice as big as the automaker’s previous facility, and the warehouse contains 10,000 spare parts for all OMODA | JAECOO models. Moreover, this includes a stockpile of spare parts for the iCAUR brand, which is preparing to launch the 03 in Q3 of 2025.
45 dealerships around the country currently make up the OMODA | JAECOO network, which handles both sales and aftersales service. In the meantime, iCAUR has revealed 11 dealer partners and plans to expand further throughout Malaysia.
