Asus has unveiled its latest 16-inch gaming laptop series, dubbed the Gaming K16 and V16, respectively. Both laptops models are designed for the budget-minded gamer and come equipped with different hardware.
Starting with the Gaming K16, this laptop is equipped with an Intel Core i5-13420H 8-core CPU, 16GB DDR4 RAM, a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050. Its display is a 16-inch IPS panel with FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Internally, the laptop is powered by a 50Wh battery and weighs 1.8kg.
As for the Gaming V16, this model is a little brawnier, sporting a more recently Intel Core Ultra 5 210H 8-core CPU, 16GB DDR5-5200 RAM, 512GB PCIe 4.0 storage, and an RTX 4050. The display is exactly the same as the one on the K16, resolution, refresh rate, and all.
It’s got a slightly bigger battery at 63Wh and is also slightly heavier at 1.95kg.
Both the Gaming K16 and V16 are already available at all authorised ASUS resellers and stores, with pricing set at RM3,499 and RM3,999, respectively.
