Alongside the Bip 6, Amazfit has added another offering in Malaysia with the Active 2 Premium. It is essentially the same watch as the standard version, but at a RM100 markup, you also get a leather strap as well as upgraded durability.
The Active 2 Premium sports a 1.32-inch 466×466 AMOLED display with sapphire glass cover instead of the standard tempered glass for increased scratch-resistance and toughness. As for water resistance, it is rated to be able to withstand 5 ATM, meaning it can be used while swimming.
As for health and fitness, it features BioTracker technology for real-time monitoring of your heart rate, sleep quality, and more. It also has on-device GPS and offers over 160 workout modes for accurate tracking. Regarding the battery life, the brand claims it can last up to 10 days with normal usage, 19 days with battery saver mode, and 21 hours with continuous GPS usage. Connectivity-wise, it supports Bluetooth 5.2 with a built-in microphone and speaker for Bluetooth phone calls.
The Amazfit Active 2 Premium with a leather strap retails at RM649 and is offered in a single colour. It can be purchased through the company’s official Shopee and Lazada stores.
