When Samsung first announced the availability of its Galaxy A06, it was made available through pretty limited channels, or more specifically, through mobile telcos. Now, the company is making it more generally available, including on its own online store.
Beyond the wider availability, nothing else about the Samsung Galaxy A06 has changed since last month. But in case you missed it, it has a 6.7-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage space, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 25W charging.
For its cameras, the Samsung Galaxy A06 has a 50MP main + 2MP depth sensor combo at the back and a 8MP shooter in front, sitting in a water-drop notch. Rounding out the package is an IP54 rating, four generations of Android updates and a matching four years of security updates.
The price of the Samsung Galaxy A06 is also unchanged, at RM699. It is also available in the same four colours from before, which are Light Green, Light Grey, and Black. You can do so on the brand’s own online store or authorised retailers. Be careful that you’re not picking up the model from last year though, as that model, with its MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, is still being listed, at least at the time of writing.
