iQOO has launched a new upper mid-range smartphone in India dubbed the Neo 10R. The phone comes with a high-end processor, a high refresh rate for gaming, a massive battery and a new vapour chamber to keep the device from overheating.
The Neo 10R is fitted with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 480Hz touch sampling rate, and an HDR peak brightness of 4,500 nits. Underneath the chassis is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. For protection, it has an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.
For imaging, the mid-ranger features a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 32MP front camera. Powering it is a hefty 6,400mAh battery with support for 80W charging as well as bypass charging so that you can play while charging without overheating. On the connectivity side, it supports 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC.
The Neo 10R has a starting asking price of INR27,000 (~RM1,372) for the base trim, with titanium and blue two-tone colour options. There is no word yet on availability in other markets.
