ASUS Malaysia has set the official launch date for its ROG Phone 9 FE in the country. As of this morning, the phone will be making its debut on 19 March.
The official launch poster for the ROG Phone 9 FE was posted on ASUS’ social media, including Facebook. The phone has already launched in neighbouring Thailand, with a price tag of THB29,990 (~RM3,918). At this point, it’s clear that ASUS Malaysia will share how much the phone will cost in Malaysia.
As a quick recap, the ROG Phone 9 FE is fitted with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage being the only configuration. The screen is the familiar 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a peak 185Hz display.
For its camera, the phone is armed with the same hardware as the base model, which is a 50MP main, a 13MP wide-angle, a 5MP macro combo, and a 32MP front-facing shooter. The battery powering the device is a little smaller in capacity, being rated at 5,500 mAh, but with the familiar 65W charging.
