ASUS Malaysia is now taking preorders for the ROG Flow Z13. The laptop cum tablet, which made its debut at CES 2025, retails at an SRP of RM10,999.
Running through the specs again, the Flow Z13 is one of the first devices to play house to AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 395 APU, which is a monster of a component in and of itself. Beneath its hood, the processor comes with 16 Zen5 Strix Halo cores that run at a boost clock of 5.1GHz
In addition, those Zen5 cores are flanked by 40 RDNA3.5 cores, packaged in the form of the Radeon 8060S, as well as an XDNA2 NPU that deliver up to 50 TOPS independently. The machine also comes with 32GB LPDDR5X RAM, 1TB of PCIe 4.0 storage, and a 70Wh battery to keep it running. You can charge the laptop either with the provided 200W proprietary adapter but a 100W USB-C charger works fine too, just don’t expect any sort of heavy gaming with the latter.
On the outside, Flow Z13 features 13.4-inch ROG Nebula Display with a maximum resolution of 2.5K, refresh rate of 180Hz, and a peak brightness of 500 nits. Ports-wise, the laptop features dual USB-A and USB-C ports, all which support USB4.
The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 will be available from 12 March onwards.
