vivo has quietly introduced a new pair of wireless earbuds in Malaysia aptly dubbed as Buds. It is an extremely affordable pair of earbuds offering stellar battery life, the latest Bluetooth technology, an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, and several connectivity features.
To start with, each earbud is fitted with a 10mm driver and on the software side, the sound can be customised with four sound styles. Given its price tag, it is not surprising that the Buds does not come with active noise cancellation, but it does ship with voice call noise reduction to ensure your voice comes out clear on the other end.
As for the battery life, the brand claims that it can last up to 12 hours on a single charge with a total battery life of 50 hours when combined with the charging case. Moreover, just 10 minutes of charging gets you three hours of usage. With Bluetooth 5.4, the earbuds feature an 88ms low-latency gaming mode as well as support for Google Fast Pair.
The Buds are now available through the company’s official Shopee store at RM129. It is offered in white and blue colour options.
