TM has launched a new campaign with the aim of getting its broadband customers to switch their telco plan to Unifi Mobile. With this promo, those with a home broadband plan can get six months of a postpaid plan for free, limited to either UNI5G Postpaid 39 or Postpaid 69.
The offer is only valid if you are porting in an existing prepaid or postpaid number from a different carrier to Unifi Mobile, so it is not applicable for new numbers. Home broadband users can opt for the promo from now until 31 January 2025, with the postpaid plans coming with no upfront fees or even a contract. To start the process, you can do it online, through one of its stores, or through its mobile app, but make sure you have settled all your bills with your current provider.
In case you are not familiar with these plans, UNI5G Postpaid 39 costs RM39/month and provides 30GB of data and hotspot usage, as well as unlimited calls. On the other hand, the Postpaid 69 is priced at RM60/month and is packaged together with 60GB of data and hotspot and similarly comes with unlimited calls.
After the free six months, your account will be automatically charged for the plan that you chose during the campaign, but since there is no contract, you can choose to cancel or switch to another telco after the promo if you do not wish to continue with Unifi Mobile. During the six-month period, you could also upgrade to another Unifi Mobile plan if you want, but the discount will not apply.
