Alleged Image Of Lenovo Legion Go Lite Shell Leaks

Make up your darn mind, Lenovo.

Back in August, Lenovo outright told the world that there wouldn’t be a “Legion Go Lite”. Well, that could have well been a bare-faced lie, given the image of a console shell that recently leaked.

The alleged shell of the Legion Go Lite was leaked by a YouTuber known as NITTRX, who posted an image of the alleged console on their channel. In it, the image shows that Lenovo may be emulating other brands like ASUS, and Valve, opting instead for a common sense design. Instead of detachable joysticks like the Nintendo Switch, the chassis shows a single outline of a single-unit machine.

The front of the shell shows that the alleged Legion Go Lite will still retain the use of the Xbox controller layout but there are other trade-offs. For starters, the trackpad is gone, replace by what we can see to be a tiny square at the bottom of the console’s right side.

That’s not all the fat Lenovo seems to have trimmed. Around the back, gone is the large kickstand – it’s a shame, really. I actually liked that built-in feature – and you’ve got one back button less. The upside here is that the console get two large cutout vents, which presumably is to allow the console to suck in copious amounts of air when operational and running hot.

The Legion Go.

Sadly, the leaked image of the alleged Legion Go Lite does not come with any hardware details. It’s unlikely the console will ship out with the Ryzen Z2 – that’s not expected until much later next year. Further, no estimated launch date was provided either.
