Tecno has officially unveiled the Spark Go 1, its latest affordable smartphone. It seems that the specs of the phone are aligned with an earlier leak, sporting entry-level internals but with some durability and a high refresh rate.
The Spark Go 1 has a 6.67-inch 720p LCD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and the brand’s interactive Dynamic Port feature. Underneath the chassis, the budget device runs on a Unisoc T615 chipset paired with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, along with a microSD card slot for storage expansion. For protection, it comes with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
On the imaging side, the Go 1 features a simple setup with a 13MP camera on the back and an 8MP sensor for selfies up front. Backing the phone is a 5,000mAh cell with support for 15W charging. Software-wise, it ships with HIOS 14 based on Android 14 Go Edition.
While the brand revealed the specs and design of the Spark Go 1, it still has not disclosed the phone’s pricing or availability. However, we can expect the phone to arrive in Malaysia soon given that it has been spotted on the SIRIM database, which often indicates an imminent local launch.
