Cooler Master (CM) is launching a new gaming monitor, the GM2711. In terms of design, the monitor design looks and feels slim, thanks to the minimalistic design of the ring base and spine.
Specs-wise, the GM2711 is a 27-inch 16:9 IPS Ultra-speed IPS panel, with a QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution. Additionally, it has a variable refresh rate of 180Hz with 1ms GTG response time, when connected to a GPU via DisplayPort but drops to 144Hz when connected via HDMI.
Other specifications of the GM2711 include a 1000:1 contrast ratio, HDR400 brightness, and a 95% DCI-P3, 90% Adobe RGB, and sRGB 98% colour accuracy. Ports-wise, the monitor has one DisplayPort 1.4 port, two HDMI 2.0 port, and a 3.5mm audio out jack. Oh, and it’s also a Freesync Premium monitor and is also VESA compatible, meaning that you can ditch the stand if you have a sturdy monitor arm at the ready.
The Cooler Master GM2711 is already available in Malaysia and retails at an SRP of RM1,199.
