GXBank has announced a campaign in conjunction with Hari Raya, offering customers with 5% per annum (p.a) daily interest for deposits made into its Savings Pockets feature. This promotion will only run for a limited time, starting from 10 April until 9 May 2024.
In its press release, the digital bank said this initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to encourage Malaysians to continue saving and take one step closer to their financial dreams, while still ensuring their festive needs are taken care of. This limited-time offer grants the opportunity for individuals to optimise their savings and experience accelerated growth in their funds, it added.
According to GXBank, the 5% p.a. interest is only applicable for balances up to RM5,000 kept under the customer’s Savings Pockets, with a total of up to ten Pockets that can be opened. Unlike Fixed Deposits, the aforementioned feature does not require a lock-in period, therefore providing customers more flexibility to retrieve funds when needed without the worry of losing their interest. Outside of this promotion, the digital bank offers 3% p.a. interest for Savings Pockets deposits, which is credited daily.
This campaign is eligible to all new and existing customers with fresh and/or existing funds in their Savings Pockets. GXBank adds that it will fully detail the promotion’s terms and conditions on its website tomorrow on 5 April 2024.
