Touch ‘n Go (TnG) has quietly unveiled a new limited edition Hari Raya Aidilfitri themed Enhanced TnG card, which is introduced as part of a collaboration with Shopee. It is now available for pre-order exclusively via the online shopping platform for RM25, while bundled options are also offered.
The limited edition card’s design is inspired by “duit raya” packets, featuring a printed flap on its back to complete the overall look. Other than that, it is essentially the same as existing Enhanced TnG cards in the market, allowing you to conduct cashless payments and top-ups through NFC.
Shopee notes in the card’s product page that it will donate RM1 for every unit sold to HungerHurts Malaysia, a local youth volunteering platform which aims to eradicate poverty in Southeast Asia. In addition, it will also reward customers purchasing the limited edition Enhanced TnG card with a surprise voucher that can be utilised on the platform.
As mentioned earlier, Touch ‘n Go is also offering bundled options for the new Hari Raya-themed card. To be more specific, customers can choose to either pair it together with the Oyen NFC charm for RM52, or with a RFID self-fitment kit for RM55. According to Shopee, orders are slated to ship out in 14 days from purchase, with 15-day free returns also offered as part of the deal.
