HONOR is set to open its first exclusive service centre in the country this week, adding an ability for it to provide first-party support for its customers. Up until now, the brand had only been using authorised third-party service centres in Malaysia to offer device support.
The firm is opening its first exclusive service centre at Pavilion Embassy in KL on 17 March 2024. Moreover, the centre will be offering its first visitors free gifts and services for a limited time, so customers who need their device repaired should take advantage of these deals.
For one week from 17 March, the service centre will be providing a free screen protector replacement service for any HONOR device. More excitingly, those who require out-of-warranty repairs for their devices can get free labour for the first three days of the centre’s opening. Lastly, HONOR users who visit on the launch day itself will get a mystery gift while stocks last.
The opening will also see the centre provide a hands-on experience with the company’s upcoming Magic6 Pro before its official launch. Earlier this week, the company announced an early bird special for the flagship smartphone with up to RM2,259 of free gifts as well as a RM330 rebate.
