Remember the ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED 2024 model that the Taiwanese brand unveiled earlier last week? Well, the laptop line, powered by Intel’s 14th Gen Meteor Lake CPUs are finally available in Malaysia as of today.
As per ASUS Malaysia’s announcement, the new Zenbook 14 OLED will be available starting today, from a starting price of RM4,499. That price is for the entry-level model and features an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H that officially became available as of 14 December. Other specifications include 16GB RAM and 512GB of PCIe 4.0 storage. Go up a notch, and you get the model with the Core Ultra 7 155H, 32GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 1TB of PCIe 4.0 storage.
Regardless of the model, all Zenbook 14 OLED 2024 models sport the same 14-inch 3K (2,800 x 1,800) OLED display, along with the same 16:10 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, and 600 nits peak brightness. As these are Meteor Lake laptops, the CPUs inside the laptops are equipped with Intel ARC graphics cores and two low-power E-Cores.
Other specifications of the Zenbook 14 OLED the Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB-A port, and a HDMI 2.1 port. Given that it’s a Zenbook, it looks as though charging will be conducted via one of the USB-C ports. That last point has an indirect benefit to the laptop as well: it is lightweight at just 1.2kg. On top of that, so long as you have a GAN charger with and output of 60W or greater, you are good to go.
Once again, both ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED 2024 models are already available at all authorised ASUS resellers in the Ponder Blue colourway. For those looking forward to the model with the Foggy Silver colourway, they will be available at a later date.
