Touch ‘n Go (TnG) today has officially unveiled its 2023 Christmas Edition Charm and an all-new limited edition LUXE Card. Both of which are NFC-enabled, allowing users to reload their balance via the company’s eWallet mobile app and, of course, conduct cashless payments at tolls, parking and supported stores.
The first of which is an update of TnG’s existing Christmas Edition Charm that was released last year. While it retains the same gingerbread design, this newer version sports a red bowtie and suspenders, as well as green pants. Like its predecessor, the 2023 Christmas Edition is priced at RM30 and is available for pre-order via the company’s official online store on Shopee and Lazada. In addition, its TnG Service and Sales Centres in Bangsar South and NU Sentral will also offer the product, but only from 19 December 2023 onwards.
Image: TnGNext up is the limited edition LUXE Card, which Touch ‘n Go also dubs as the “Titan Edition”. This is basically a variant of the enhanced, NFC-enabled TnG card but with a new sleek and stylish matte black finish with gold trimmings. The new LUXE card is priced at RM25 and is also available for pre-order via TnG’s Shopee and Lazada online stores, as well as its Service and Sales Centres. Keep in mind that sales through the latter will only commence on 26 December.
However, our forum users have quickly pointed out that the limited edition card appears to have been already sold out via Shopee, while its listing on Touch ‘n Go’ Lazada store is missing. TnG itself did not disclose how many units have been produced for sale. Fortunately, those interested can still purchase the LUXE card as well as the 2024 Christmas Edition Charm via the Service and Sales Centres in Bangsar South and NU Sentral once they are made available later this month.
