iXOOST, the Modena-owned, luxury audio systems maker based in Italy, is officially setting up shop here in Malaysia. As of today, the brand’s products will be sold via its local partner, VSTECS Astar.

As a way to both celebrate and officiate its presence, iXOOST is introducing a portfolio comprising seven of its motorsports-themed audio systems, and all with interesting and unique designs. By that, we mean that each speaker system is designed around a brand that specialises in racing. Two such products are the ESAVOX Automobili Lamborghini, which a system with a carbon monocoque chassis, and the AVALAN, both inspired by the Italian hypercar maker, Lamborghini.
There is also the AMG Performance audio system that iXOOST says pays tribute to the AMD GT Black Series. This luxury audio system sports Mercedes’ iconic aluminium grilles, as well as the GT Exhaust Design, along with a generous provision of woofers, tweeters, and bass reflexes.
Then there’s the Pirelli P ZERO Sound, a tyre-shape speaker designed in collaboration between iXOOST and the Formula 1 tyre brand, Pirelli, that is in fact, made out of a real F1 tyre. Specs-wise, it houses a 130mm mid-woofer and a 25mm silk tweeter. And that’s just half the list: the company also has luxury audio systems inspired by XiLO, Radial 6, and Abarth. As an extra added bonus, it is also selling highly-customisable Bluetooth Speaker helmets, with one made from the original SR-GP racing helmet of Moto GP rider Andrea Dovizioso.

Pricing for the speakers range between RM80,000 and RM240,000, but do note that if and when you make the decision to purchase one of its speakers, there will be a lead time between three and four months, given that each product is made to order.
